CNC Parts Developer

DESCRIPTION: This position requires the ability to multi-task - concurrently program, set-up and run CNC machines. Programmers that run parts, create processes that run seamless from end to end.

Our development team includes an Industrial Designer, a senior Mechanical Engineer with a background in manufacturing and a Manufacturing Engineering intern. This position would interact with our development team and would have a good environment for continued growth and learning.

Necessary Skills for this Position:
-Set-up Haas Vertical Mills (install tools in holders, set work/tool offsets, install programs, adjust tool geometry offsets, vise and work stop set-up)
-Quality control (measure and inspect parts)
-Training & coaching interaction with machine operator personnel
-Machine maintenance, add fluids, perform basic machine service
-Basic G-code edits (speeds/feeds)
-Set-up & run horizontal bandsaw

Additional Desired Skills:
-Manage job schedules for multiple machines
-CAM programming (Mastercam, Bobcad, etc)
-Solidworks knowledge
-Fixture design
-Fixture fabrication
-Finished parts programming
